So, this morning I was woken up to a baby blue jay emergency by Nadi who is a devoted animal lover. We’ve been running around, calling around, getting on the net, and finally figured out that it is a fledgling that has fallen out of its nest onto the sidewalk. We made it a nest out of a Tupperware filled with cotton balls and grass and placed the nest on top of a bush so that the cats don’t get it, then tied the Tupperware nest to the bush branches with cord. But before, it took me three hours to try to figure out what the hell to do with this bird.  It was quite an adventure.

So, what does it mean that you get to fight today? Boxing or martial arts? I like imagining your hands “fighting” then remember how gentle they are on my body, and think about the power and strength in them, that they have done such rough things and yet are so loving on me.

Hello Roya,

I only fight in karate. I don’t box anymore except for exercise. I prefer boxing, but it isn’t offered at my gym and I don’t want to join a boxing gym because they don’t usually have regular workout facilities. I like to do weights and stuff once in a while.

Love and Happiness is a happy song. I am not sure why it was picked, but I like it. The parts are irregular and very similar. It is hard to tell one part from another. I won’t really know if I have it right until I play it with the band. They will know right away. Bobbie is sufficiently ambiguous to allow singers to change the gender.

I love having my hands on you. I want to spend a lot more time exploring your body with them.  I also want to spend a lot of time pleasuring you with my tongue.  It is my favorite thing. I love knowing that you enjoy it. I hope I wasn’t too aggressive. I need to find the right spot and the right amount of pressure. We need to practice more.

I love to do weights too, although I never seem to get around to it, except for some free weights at home, but they are pretty light, like 5 lbs. I’m sure you couldn’t even make one budge : ) Did you get to fight today? Can people come and watch?

That freaking bird is such a drag. So, we strapped the Tupperware onto the bushes, but every time we’d check the “nest” the bird would be under the bushes. I don’t know if it was trying to fly and would fall, or didn’t like the sun or felt too exposed or what, because we do have some hawks around. So, we left its nest and dog kibble moshed with water (a website said that would work,) on a little spoon beside the nest in case it can feed itself. The websites said not to feed them or give them water because you can suffocate them. There are a lot of blue jays around, so I hope a couple was its parents. They say the parents will feed it until it can fly and forage. We checked an hour later, and the dam thing is gone. I hope no cat got to it. I hope it finally learned how to fly; it was really close I think because it was kind of a mature baby; it had all its feathers and stuff. Yes, I’ve heard that they are aggressive too. So, you must have some in your backyard. What do they do to the cat?!

When you can, put your hands on me whenever you like, love. I loved how you went down on me, obviously, it was hard for you not to notice : ) You weren’t too aggressive, but I’m all for practice : ) I miss you. Those dates we had were so perfect. That’s so rare in life.

I did get to fight. It was a lot of fun. Class was small and not terribly experienced but I managed to get a good workout in. People can watch. It isn’t really set up that way though. It is a fitness class. There is a balcony but no seats.

Nature will take its course regardless of our efforts. No point in getting worked up. You did your good deed. The outcome is not in your control. You gave the little guys a chance. The birds dive bomb and scream at the cats. When the cats are in the tree the birds go really crazy. The cats are helpless because they need all four feet to stay on the branch. They think they are so close, but really couldn’t be further away. It is interesting that the birds seem to know. The cats get all worked up. I think it is good for them.

Yeah, I know the bird took a lot of time and effort, but my feeling is you shouldn’t interfere with nature, as you said. It is what it is. At the moment, the thing has vanished again.

 

I waited for Nadi to get back from the game (they tied) then took the girls to our little town for lunch. I usually don’t eat lunch so I was actually thinking about what to do for dinner when Isa expressed an interest in lunch! So, we debated about walking or not, and with my back decided to drive. So, we had lunch, Isa got chocolate chip cookie dough to bake, and now we’re back home. Maureen is supposed to come over at 7 to drink and chat, but I’m not quite sure I’m up to it. So, we’ll see.

I heard this song on the radio by Lady Antebellum, Just a Kiss Goodnight. It reminded me of us.
