I have so many meetings today and there is a lot
going on in the office. I can't pay attention in the meetings or get involved
in the stuff going on around the office.

The meeting yesterday went very well. All I had to do was listen.

Yes, that is sadly true, but we did take advantage of the
opportunity life gave us, and that's two points for us! You never know when
more can come along. As to the public thing, that's true too. I was wondering
how we can score a private space somehow for free or reasonably, but haven't
come up with anything. I've never been too great at quickies against walls or
in bathrooms. I've always needed a bed, privacy and time. You?
We should think about taking that trip to Toronto, sometime from
July 23 to August 23. The girls are at various camps then, so I can hopefully
get away.

Work has gotten
frantic. In the past two weeks, it has
gotten exponentially more busy. My brain
has not yet adjusted. I try to write as
often, but can't think clearly and end up working on emails over long periods
of time.
I
went to bed early. It is just that the
meetings are conflicting with the work, and the work is conflicting with the
meetings so I am not getting either done.
As
much as the concept of a quickie appeals to me, it isn't realistic. I definitely need at least privacy. There are hotels in the quickie

thing I learned a few years back about having a great idea: First ask is it
already out there? It's not necessarily bad if it is. If it isn't, then ask,
why not? So, I googled NYC hotels with hourly rates, and guess what, there are
a whole bunch of lists. Maybe you've seen them already.
Interestingly,
one can check the Waldorf or the Hilton for day rates, perhaps on the same day.
I don't know how reasonable they are, but it's worth looking into. Some of
them, just freak me out.

am still at work. Probably will be for a

lists recently. I sort of checked out
two. I didn't visit them, but read
reviews and checked for bed bugs on line.
If the Waldorf or Hilton have day rates I don't really care what it
is. You are well worth the expense. It isn't money that is our problem, it is
time and opportunity.

if you mean being able to make love once a week, no, we don't have that kind of
