I
hope your today was better than yesterday.
I can meet you tomorrow at about 6 on the UES for an hour or so, but
it's completely up to you. Don't feel obligated. Yes, it will be a while, but
shit happens as they say. The week of 8/13 through Friday is still good. It's
the week you get back, so I don't know how your work will be, but I hope we can
have at least one afternoon before the insanity begins again, especially after
the couple of delays. I guess we'll see
what happens.

that sounds perfect. I have that kind of
time. Where will you be?
Today
was good. I got a bike ride in, went to
church and went to the gym. I am a
little sore. I have been running wind
sprints. A few of my muscles are not yet
ready.
I
always get plenty of time to work out in Minnesota. For the most part it will be relaxing. I won't always have internet access. In fact, Friday and Saturday I won't have one
at all. We are taking my mother in law
to a cabin in the woods.
We
did a lot of planning. My mom has a
hotel room. We also found all the
pictures we had of him. It wasn't a lot. There were some from the healthy days.

Actually,
sprinting has a very childish appeal to it.
I feel like I am playing. Of
course it is very intense. Perhaps too
intense. I don't want to burn out. It is very different than the other things I
have been doing. I can feel a number of
muscles that seem to be suddenly getting a workout. I am so stiff. My hamstrings are really going to hurt
tomorrow or Tuesday.
I
need to stay in shape. I have a hot
fucking girlfriend.

It's
so true, once you do a new exercise you feel muscles you didn't know you had.
It's like look at all the muscles who aren't working. They say the most
effective kind of exercise routine is that which has variety, like yours does
to make sure you get a total workout. I really should lift weights more often.
I miss that, but I've been too lazy and cheap to go to the gym. One of these
days.
I'm
going to bed. I'll email you in the morning with a suggestion. I love you SNB,
